Mandatory Member Dues Payment

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the obligation of mandatory dues for registered members of Masjid Al Hasanah and the procedures for online payment via the system provided by RWM. By using this service you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms below.

1. Definition & Scope

Mandatory dues are recurring contributions set by RWM for all registered members of Masjid Al Hasanah. Bills are auto-generated by the system based on the period (monthly/yearly) and the member type.

2. Member Obligation

Each member is obliged to pay dues on time according to the amount and due date stated on each bill. Payment can be made personally via the personal area or collectively through a representative group coordinator.

3. Account & Activation

Online dues payment is only available for members with an active account. Members must keep their password and 2FA OTP confidential. All transactions performed under your account remain your responsibility.

4. Payment Methods

Online payments are processed via Midtrans with the following channels: Bank Transfer (BCA VA, BNI VA, BRI VA, Permata VA, Mandiri Bill), QRIS (all e-wallets & m-banking), and E-Wallet (GoPay, ShopeePay). Cash payment may also be made directly to the Treasurer or representative coordinator.

5. Confirmation & Receipt

Bill status is automatically updated to PAID within 1–5 minutes after a successful transaction. The receipt is emailed to your registered address and stored in the History tab of the Contributions menu in the personal area.

6. Arrears & Reminders

Bills past due are automatically marked as ARREARS. The system sends an email reminder weekly until the bill is settled. Several outstanding periods can be paid at once via the coordinator or installed period by period.

7. Collective Payment

Representative group coordinators may submit dues for several members in a single transaction. Coordinators are responsible for the accuracy of the deposit details and will receive cashback incentive at the percentage set by RWM.

8. Dues Exemption

RWM, via its board, has the authority to exempt certain members from dues based on social or special considerations (e.g. economic hardship, illness). Exemption status is recorded per bill with a documented reason.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds are only possible if there is a system error, a verified duplicate payment, or an erroneously generated bill. Refund requests are submitted via the Complaint menu in the personal area and will be processed after RWM verification.

10. Data Privacy

Member personal data (national ID, address, mobile, email) is used solely for membership management, dues collection, and internal reporting. RWM does not sell or share member data with third parties beyond mosque service needs.

11. System Liability

RWM strives to maintain system availability and accuracy. Technical disruptions beyond its control (Midtrans, server, network outages) are not RWM's responsibility. Members are advised to keep transaction proofs as backup.

12. Changes to Terms

RWM reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time as operational needs require. Changes are effective from the time they are published on this page. Members are deemed to accept the changes by continuing to use the service after the new terms are published.

13. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved by deliberation; if no consensus is reached, they shall be settled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
